Refund policy

The Access Fee can be refunded in the specific cases described below.

Eligible cases

  • Duplicate payment for the same visitor and date.
  • Payment made for a date that is not a scheduled fee day.
  • Payment made by a visitor who qualifies for a full exemption.

How to request a refund

Send an email to refund@veniceaccessfee.it with your booking code and supporting documents. Refunds are processed within 30 days.
